Are blind boxes sealed?
Yes. Single blind boxes ship sealed and unopened unless a product page clearly says otherwise. We do not open boxes to identify designs.
Can I choose which design I get?
No, not for single blind boxes. The design inside is random. If a sealed case or full-set option is available, it will appear as a separate variant on the product page.
Can I return an opened blind box?
Opened blind boxes cannot be returned for preference reasons because the surprise design is part of the product. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us and we will help.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email yingwei.lin@shopify.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review it and help make it right.
How long does shipping take?
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Checkout shows the final shipping method, cost, and estimated delivery date before payment. Tracking is sent when the carrier provides it.
Do you offer free shipping?
United States orders over $35 may qualify for free shipping when that option is available at checkout.
Are these toys for young children?
Many collectibles contain small parts. Follow the age guidance on the product page and manufacturer packaging. These products are not for children under 3.
