Stephia's Collection ships physical products to customers in the United States and to selected international destinations shown at checkout.
Delivery timing

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and checkout system. They may vary because of carrier delays, weather, customs, holidays, or address issues.
Shipping costs
Free US shipping on orders of $50 or more. Other shipping methods and any international shipping costs are calculated at checkout before payment.
International orders
International shipping options, costs, duties, taxes, and delivery estimates vary by destination and are shown at checkout when available. Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or carrier fees charged by the destination country.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at support@stephias.com. We can try to help before the order ships, but we may not be able to change an address after the package is with the carrier.
Delayed or lost packages
If tracking has not updated for several business days, or if your package appears delayed or lost, contact us at support@stephias.com with your order number. We will help check the tracking details and determine the next step.
