Products

We sell cute collectibles, blind boxes, squishies, charms, and small décor. Product pages describe what is included, whether an item is randomly assorted, and any age or small-parts warnings. Blind-box designs are random unless a product page clearly says otherwise.

Orders and payment

Prices, shipping options, taxes, and totals are shown at checkout before payment. We may cancel or refund orders that appear fraudulent, cannot be fulfilled, or contain obvious errors.

Shipping

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Final shipping methods, costs, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Tracking is provided when available from the carrier.

Returns

Returns are handled according to our Refund policy. Opened blind boxes and sealed collectibles cannot be returned for preference reasons because the surprise design is part of the product. Damaged, defective, or wrong items should be reported promptly so we can help.

Website use

Do not misuse the website, interfere with store security, scrape the site in a way that harms performance, or use the store for unlawful activity.
