Return Policy
We want every order from Stephia's collection to arrive correctly and as described. If something is wrong with your order, contact us at yingwei.lin@shopify.com with your order number.
30-day returns
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Blind boxes and sealed collectibles
Blind boxes, capsule toys, and sealed collectibles can be returned only if they are unopened and still sealed. Opened blind boxes cannot be returned for preference reasons because the surprise design is part of the product.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Opened blind boxes, opened sealed collectibles, gift cards, final-sale items, and personalized or custom items are not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.
How to start a return
To start a return, email yingwei.lin@shopify.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will send return instructions.
Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted. Approved returns will need to be sent to: 4570 Klahanie Dr. SE, Issaquah, WA 98029.
Return shipping
For buyer-remorse returns, including changed-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping unless we agree otherwise. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us first so we can evaluate the issue and provide the right solution.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to request a return for the eligible item and place a new order after the return is accepted.
Refund timing
After we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
