Shipping Policy

Stephia's collection ships physical products to customers in the United States and to selected international destinations shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days. The final shipping method, cost, and estimated delivery date are shown at checkout before payment.

For eligible United States orders, the store may show 5-day delivery shipping options at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and checkout system and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, holidays, or address issues.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. United States orders over $35 may qualify for free shipping when that option is available at checkout.

Tracking

Every shipped order includes tracking when the carrier provides it. Tracking details are sent by email after the order ships.

International orders

International shipping options, costs, duties, taxes, and delivery estimates vary by destination and are shown at checkout when available. Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or carrier fees charged by the destination country.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at yingwei.lin@shopify.com. We can try to help before the order ships, but we may not be able to change an address after the package is with the carrier.

Delayed or lost packages

If tracking has not updated for several business days, or if your package appears delayed or lost, contact us at yingwei.lin@shopify.com with your order number. We will help check the tracking details and determine the next step.
